Crafting is very useful in Diablo to get some of the most
useful D2R Ladder Items and gear in the game. To help
out further with that, we bring you a complete Diablo 2
Resurrected Crafting Recipes guide.
Crafted Items in Diablo II: Resurrected
Crafted items use four materials to create one of four
categories of gear: Blood, Caster, Hitpower, and Safety.
When you combine these ingredients in your Horadric Cube,
you create items with two features. This creates items
that rival and often exceed Rares, with the additional
benefit of having some properties guaranteed to be useful
to whatever character you have in mind for the end item.

Fortunately, the components for these crafted items are
predictable, not overly expensive, and easy to acquire.
Crafted items are a great way to fill holes in your gear,
and to create items with some predetermined known
qualities.
Crafted items appear with an orange title, like this
example below. Some of the traits are determined by the
type of crafted gear you select, and some are random.
This guide will let you know what you can expect.
Blood Items

Crafted Gear Recipes
While these are grouped into categories based on similar
traits, these are not considered Sets. There are no set
bonuses for wearing more than one item from any single
group.
Reminder: All base items (weapons, armor, and jewelry)
must be Magic quality.
Blood Crafting Recipes
Blood Gear is likely most useful for melee characters who
need guaranteed Life Leech, as well as added Life. Other
properties focus on additional damage.For those
characters looking for dual leech (Life/Mana Steal) who
need more melee-focused properties, crafting Blood items
is a good place to start, since you're guaranteed one of
the two properties you're looking for.
The most worthwhile recipes
Look at the most worthwhile recipes, most popular are
Caster amulets which basically all classes can use, even
non-casters need to castrate to teleport, this is not
only relevant when farming, but also in PvP.

The craft recipes, perfect amethyst, Jewel and an amulet,
it rolls five to ten percent cast rate, five to ten
percent Mana regeneration, and plus 10 to 20 Mana.

the plus-to-class skills resistances strength dexterity,
or even further 10 cast rate by the ethics rule, a total
of 20 fcr is possible, such amulets are of course worth a

more strength, dexterity, resistances, life leech and

Remember that crafting is just one aspect of the game,
and there are many other ways to acquire powerful gear,
including trading with other players and completing
quests. Don't be afraid to try different approaches and
